Leather Prison Strap Beaver Tail Paddle

This is a handmade Replica of a Canadian Prison strap or Canadian Beaver Tail.

In contrast to many comparable modern interpretations and models, the leather end is not made from a loop or individual strips of thin leather, but from 2 solid halves of 4-5 mm thick high-quality vegetable tanned heavy
saddle leather, tapering down towards the handle, which have been connected over the entire surface , are hand stitched along the edge and firmly riveted in place.

The Cherry wood handle is quite massive and long to ensure good leverage. The result is top-heavy, hefty
and painful striking instrument. It tends to be very popular with bottoms, as it makes it easy for the top to exactly dose the pain intensity, and the impact sensation itself feels quite similar to a very heavy hand.

Available in two colors, optionally with custom engraving on the leather or wood.
Note that the engraving has to fit on the paddle and very fine details may not be accurately rendered by the laser.
If your custom leather engraving overlaps the edge, there will be no hand stiched seam!
